When you commission me, you -the comissioner- agree to my -the artists- terms of service.CopyrightsThe artist is the creator of the image, so they hold the copyright and not the commissioner.The images are not to be used for commercial purposes.The commissioner is allowed to post them on social media while tagging the artist. However, altering the image without the artists consent is prohibited.Do not trace the artists artwork or re-purpose parts of the image.PaymentsPayments only via PayPal.Do not send money unless the artist says so.The artist will only continue working on the commissioners artwork, after the artist received the first payment. If the commissioner doesn‘t send the money within four days, the artist will stop working on the commissioners artwork completely.When the two parties come to terms, the commissioner will pay 40% after the artist sends the commissioner a clean sketch and 60% after the artist sends the commissioner the finished picture with the artists watermark across and in a much smaller size. The artist will send the commissioner the image full size and unaltered after they received the payment.Refunds and changesIf the commissioner cancels the commission while the artist is working on it, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis, depending on how far the artist is within the process. That‘s a basic outline but it‘s up to the artists assessment in the end:Sketch: 90%

Sketch Commission & when the commission is (almost) finished: 0%The artists reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime and does not owe the commissioner an explanation. Refunds will be given depending on the process as listed above.If the artist cancels the commission due to their inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.If the commissioner notices aspects they want to change within the process, certain fees will await them, depending on the severity and the stage the artwork is on currently. Changes up to the basic/flat colours and minor changes at any stage are free. If the change is severe, like a pose change when the artist is already shading the artwork, it‘s up to the artists discretion on how much they will charge.CommunicationThe communication will occur only through Twitter DMs or Discord.Additional terms.The commissioner has to provide visual and written references. The more the better and the artist is allowed to ask for more when needed.The artist will provide WIPs. They will send some themselves, so refrain from demanding them.If you request NSFW (18+) artwork, the artist is free to check and ask for the commissioners age and if the commissioner is a minor, the artist is free to deny the commission.The artist is free to deny a request and doesn‘t have to give an explanation.If any of these terms are broken, the commissioner will be blacklisted from commissioning the artist again.
